Heated pool , proximity to beach, well-kept garden and outdoor spaces
The décor and some facilities feel tired and neglected!!! The lack of lighting in outdoor areas poses a safety risk, especially for elderly guests returning to their rooms at night. A little maintenance could go a long way!!!

I stayed at the Wayside for a week and had a pretty good time. The twin room I was in was clean and bright, with a lovely view of the sea. Waking up to that scenery was a great start to my day. The breakfast each morning was ample and really set me up well for the day ahead. The evening meals were excellent too, with a variety of options available. I appreciated how helpful the owners were throughout my stay. they made everything easier and more enjoyable. there were some areas for improvement. The decor felt a bit dated, which took away from the overall atmosphere. some areas had limited lighting, making it hard to navigate at night. a good spot but could use some freshening up.

Great meals but loud vibes
We had a pretty cool stay! The owners were super helpful, and breakfast was nice. Dinner was that carvery style, so be ready to queue a bit. Food was decent and prices were good. Just wish the restaurant wasn't so noisy. hard to chat! Loved the casual vibe though.
